CHILDLIKE

Photography Series
w/ Laurel Sumner

A photography series looking through the lenses of what it is to be a child. We gave disposable cameras to children aged 4, a turning point the development of our memory, to photograph whatever they wished.

The results give us a childlike perspective of the world, reminding us of the raw and pure views of the world we had as children. The click of the camera is their untainted vision, in blissful ignorance of the later-learned conventions for what makes a ‘good’ photograph.
